    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 572 - 573
    4  and insert:
    5  into an agreement for interagency coordination regarding the
    6  placement of exceptional students in residential facilities,
    7  consistent with federal law and regulations, on or before
    8  October 1, 2009.
