       The Committee on Health and Human Services Appropriations
       (Peaden) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1245 and 1246
    4  insert:
    5         Section 14. The sum of $111,477 is appropriated to the
    6  Department of Health from the Drugs, Devices, and Cosmetics
    7  Trust Fund for the 2009-2010 fiscal year, and 2.0 full-time
    8  equivalent positions along with an associated salary rate of
    9  61,674 are authorized for the purpose of implementing the
   10  provisions of this act.
