       Senator King moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 186 - 188
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Establishing the method for the recovery of costs or
    6  expenses prudently incurred to meet the clean portfolio standard
    7  as those costs are defined in paragraph (3)(d). The commission
    8  may allow cost recovery through a separate cost recovery clause
    9  or a limited scope proceeding. The costs of compliance with the
   10  clean portfolio standard must appear as a separate line item on
   11  each customer’s bill.
