       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means
       (Haridopolos) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 21 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5  donations, and other sources designated by law. The purpose of
    6  the trust fund is to provide funding to facilitate the
    7  development and implementation of renewable energy and energy
    8  efficiency programs and projects.
