    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to public records and meetings;
    3         expressing the legislative intent to revise laws
    4         relating to an exemption from public-records and
    5         public-meetings requirements; providing an effective
    6         date.
    7         
    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9         
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   11  to an exemption from public-records and public-meetings
   12  requirements.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
