       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 50 - 77
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The insurer shall place its reinsurance other than
    6  reinsurance purchased by the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund
    7  only with reinsurers that have been given a financial strength
    8  rating of “A” or better by the A.M. Best Company or have been
    9  given a comparable rating by another rating agency which is
   10  generally considered accurate or acceptable.
