    1         Senate Amendment

    3         After line 125
    4  insert:
    5         (f) The insurer must maintain its percentage of residential
    6  property insurance market share in this state, as calculated by
    7  the Office of Insurance Regulation as of December 31 of the
    8  previous year, in any year in which the insurer issues a policy
    9  under s. 627.062(2)(k).
