       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 395 and 396
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. The Department of Transportation may complete an
    6  escrowed closing on the pending Central Florida Rail Corridor
    7  acquisition; however, the drawdown of funds from such escrowed
    8  closing may not occur unless and until final approval of the
    9  Federal Transit Administration full-funding grant agreement is
   10  obtained for the proposed Central Florida Commuter Rail Transit
   11  Project Initial Operating Segment.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 23
   16  and insert:
   17         right-of-way; authorizing the Department of
   18         Transportation to complete an escrowed closing on the
   19         pending Central Florida Rail Corridor acquisition if
   20         final approval of the Federal Transit Administration
   21         full-funding grant agreement is obtained; providing an
   22         effective date.
