       The Committee on Community Affairs (Storms) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 393 and 394
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. The provisions of this act shall apply to
    6  retired members of the Florida Retirement System who are
    7  elected, reelected, or appointed to an elective office covered
    8  by the Elected Officers’ Class of the Florida Retirement System,
    9  or who are elected, reelected, or appointed to an elective
   10  office covered by the Regular Class on or after July 1, 2009.

   14         Delete line 10
   15  and insert:
   16  benefits; providing for applicability; providing an effective
   17  date.
