       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Deutch) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 175
    4  and insert:
    5  24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution, if the investigator or
    6  inspector provides a written statement that the investigator or
    7  inspector has been made reasonable efforts to protect such
    8  information from being accessible through other means available
    9  to the public. This subparagraph is

   13         Delete line 8
   14  and insert:
