    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to mental health and substance abuse
    3         treatment; expressing the legislative intent to revise
    4         laws relating to mental health and substance abuse
    5         treatment; providing an effective date.
    6         
    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8         
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to mental health and substance abuse treatment.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
