       The Committee on Rules (Villalobos) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2         
    3         Delete lines 278 - 289
    4  and insert:
    5  This subsection does not prohibit a tenant from qualifying under
    6  the income eligibility criteria of paragraph (a), paragraph (b),
    7  or paragraph (c), or paragraph (d) due to the tenant's
    8  participation in a job training program approved by the
    9  corporation. Compliance with the provisions of this subsection
   10  must be contractually provided for the term of the loan or 12
   11  years, whichever is longer; however, this subsection does not
   12  apply to loans made to housing communities for the elderly to
   13  provide for lifesafety, building preservation, health,
   14  sanitation, or security-related repairs or improvements. Such
   15  loans shall be subject to tenant income criteria established by
   16  corporation rule.
