1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to art in state buildings; repealing s.
3	255.043, F.S., relating to art in state buildings, to
4	eliminate the requirement to use a portion of the
5	appropriation for the original construction of each state
6	building for the acquisition and public display of
7	artwork; providing an effective date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1.  Section 255.043, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
