       The Committee on Commerce (Garcia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 663 - 665
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) A certified applicant has 60 days after it receives a
    6  notice of intent to decertify from the office to petition the
    7  office’s executive director for a review of the intent to
    8  decertify. Within 45 days of the request for review, the
    9  executive director must notify a certified applicant of the
   10  outcome of the review.
