       Senators Deutch, Wilson, and Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 368 and 369
    4  insert:
    5         (2) A private school participating in a scholarship program
    6  must be a Florida private school as defined in s. 1002.01(2),
    7  must be registered in accordance with s. 1002.42, and must:
    8         (h) Employ or contract with teachers who hold baccalaureate
    9  or higher degrees, have at least 3 years of teaching experience
   10  in public or private schools, or have special skills, knowledge,
   11  or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in
   12  subjects taught. However, a private school participating in the
   13  Corporate Income Tax Credit Scholarship Program pursuant to s.
   14  220.187 must employ or contract with a teacher who holds a
   15  baccalaureate or higher degree and has 3 years of teaching
   16  experience or a teacher who is certified under s. 1012.56.

   19         And the directory clause is amended as follows:

   21  and insert:
   22         Section 7. Subsection (1) and paragraph (h) of subsection
