       Senators Deutch, Wilson, and Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 230 - 234
    4  and insert:
    5  Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 213.053, each eligible
    6  nonprofit scholarship-funding organization shall make available
    7  to the public a list of taxpayers making an eligible
    8  contribution to the eligible nonprofit scholarship-funding
    9  organization and the amount of each eligible contribution. Any
   10  and all information and documentation provided to the Department
   11  of Education and the Auditor General relating to the identity of
   12  a taxpayer that provides an eligible contribution under this
   13  section shall remain confidential at all times in accordance
   14  with s. 213.053.
