       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Bennett) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3  
    4         Delete lines 131 - 137
    5  and insert:
    6  
    7  revoked at two separate times, the department may shall not
    8  thereafter grant or issue any license under this code as to such
    9  individual.
   10         (b) If a license as an agent or customer representative or
   11  the eligibility to hold such a license has been revoked
   12  resulting from the solicitation or sale of an insurance product
   13  to a person 65 years of age or older, the department
