       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 201 - 203
    4  and insert:
    5  video deposition of the victim may be used for any purpose in
    6  any administrative proceeding conducted pursuant to chapter 120
    7  if all parties are given proper notice of the deposition in
    8  accordance with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
