| 2 | An act relating to Nassau County; clarifying areas in the |
| 3 | county where on-beach parking is permitted; providing an |

| 6 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 7 |

| 8 | Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 1 of |
| 9 | chapter 89-445, Laws of Florida, is amended to read: |
| 10 | Section 1. |
| 11 | (3) On-beach parking shall continue to be permitted in the |
| 12 | following nonresort areas: |
| 13 | (a) The Peters Road intersection with the beach area north |
| 14 | to the current city limits of Fernandina Beach. |
| 15 |

| 16 | The term "developed resort area" means any property that is |
| 17 | subject to a development order as of the effective date of this |
| 18 | act if such development order indicates resort activities. |
| 19 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
