    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to bridge designations; designating
    3         the Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and Jim H. Williams
    4         Memorial Bridge in Ocala; directing the Department of
    5         Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9         
   10         Section 1. Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and Jim H. Williams
   11  Memorial Bridge designated; Department of Transportation to
   12  erect suitable markers.—
   13         (1) The bridge on 17th Street in Ocala is designated as the
   14  “Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and Jim H. Williams Memorial Bridge.”
   15         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   16  suitable markers designating the Kenneth H. “Buddy” MacKay and
   17  Jim H. Williams Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
