       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Constantine) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (709964) (with title

    4         Between lines 73 and 74
    5  insert:
    6         (8) The department must, at a minimum, conduct at least one
    7  unannounced inspection, on an annual basis, of each waste-to
    8  energy facility for the purposes of determining compliance with
    9  permit conditions.
   10         Renumber subsequent sections
