       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 129 - 140
    4  and insert:
    5         (b)1. Property classified as working waterfront property
    6  under this section shall be assessed solely on the basis of the
    7  property’s current use. The property appraiser shall consider
    8  only the following use factors:
    9         a. The condition of the property.
   10         b. The present market value of the property in its current
   11  use.
   12         c. The income produced by the property.
   13         2. In no event shall the assessed value of the property
   14  exceed just value.
