       Senator Lawson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1717 - 1750
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) The council shall include voting and nonvoting members.
    6         (a) The voting members shall represent:
    7         1. The Agency for Health Care Administration.
    8         2. The Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
    9         3. The Department of Children and Family Services.
   10         4. The Department of Corrections.
   11         5. The Department of Elderly Affairs.
   12         6. The Department of Health.
   13         7. The Department of Juvenile Justice.
   14         8. The Bureau of Pharmacy Services within the Agency for
   15  Health Care Administration, which shall be represented by the
   16  bureau chief.
   17         9. The Bureau of Statewide Pharmaceutical Services within
   18  the Department of Health, which shall be represented by the
   19  bureau chief.
   20         (b) The nonvoting members shall be:
   21         1. A representative from the Agency for Health Care
   22  Administration’s drug contracting program.
   23         2. The contracting officer for the Department of Health’s
   24  drug procurement program.
   25         3. A clinical pharmacy program manager from the Agency for
   26  Health Care Administration.
   27         4. The chair of the Department of Health’s Pharmacy and
   28  Therapeutics Committee.
   29         5. The general counsel for the Agency for Health Care
   30  Administration or his or her designee.
   31         6. The general counsel for a state agency in the executive
   32  branch of state government, or his or her designee.
   33         7. A representative from the Executive Office of the
   34  Governor.
   35         8. The statewide pharmacy director of the Department of
   36  Corrections’ Office of Health Services.
   37         9. Three members appointed by the Speaker of the House of
   38  Representatives, one of whom must be an active licensed Florida
   39  pharmacist who has been employed as a pharmacist for at least
   40  the past 5 years, and one of whom must have experience as a
   41  Florida pharmaceutical repackager, licensed by the United States
   42  Food and Drug Administration, for at least the past 5 years.
   43         10.Three members appointed by the President of the Senate,
   44  one whom must be an active licensed Florida pharmacist who has
   45  been employed as a pharmacist for at least the past 5 years, and
   46  one of whom must have experience as a Florida pharmaceutical
   47  repackager, licensed by the United States Food and Drug
   48  Administration, for at least the past 5 years.
