3	Amendment to Senate Amendment (780200)
4	Remove lines 495-499 and insert:
5	fiscal years only, the department shall award a contract or
6	grant in the amount of $10 million to the AHEC network for the
7	purpose of developing the components described in paragraph
8	(3)(i). The AHEC network may apply for a competitive contract or
9	grant after the 2008-2009 fiscal year.
