    1                       Senate Joint Resolution                     
    2         A joint resolution expressing the legislative intent
    3         to propose an amendment to Section 4 of Article VII of
    4         the State Constitution, relating to taxation and
    5         assessments.

    7  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8         
    9         That the Legislature intends to propose the following
   10  amendment to Section 4 of Article VII of the State Constitution
   11  which, if agreed to, shall be submitted to the electors of this
   12  state for approval or rejection at the next general election or
   13  at an earlier special election specifically authorized by law
   14  for that purpose:
