| 11 | than 16 points and shall be displayed on the declarations page |
| 12 | or on the renewal notice of every insurance policy sold or |
| 13 | issued in this state that is or may be subject to assessment by |
| 14 | the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation or the Florida |
| 15 | Hurricane Catastrophe Fund: |

| 18 | The premium you are about to pay may NOT be the full cost |
| 19 | of this insurance policy. If a hurricane strikes Florida, |
| 20 | you may be forced to pay additional moneys to offset the |

| 22 | Corporation or the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to |
| 23 | pay claims resulting from the losses due to the |
| 24 | hurricane. |
