       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Justice) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 33 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  The legislative member or employee must consume any allowable
    6  food or beverages at the event, meeting, function, or reception,
    7  and the aggregate value of all food and beverages accepted from
    8  all lobbyists and principals combined shall not exceed $20 per
    9  day.
