       Senator Baker moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 103
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Funds from the Choose Life license which are generated
    6  in counties that do not have a qualified service provider or
    7  that have not submitted an attestation within the previous 12
    8  months shall be redistributed by the department, in an equitable
    9  manner, to counties that have a qualified service provider.
   10         (d) Choose Life, Inc., a nonprofit entity under s.
   11  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, shall receive 10 percent
   12  of the fees, which shall be used for administrative expenses and
   13  for marketing the license plate.

   16         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 27 - 28
   18  and insert:
   19         Section 2. Paragraphs (c) and (d) are added to subsection
   20  (29) of section 320.08058, Florida Statutes, paragraph (b) of
   21  subsection (32) of that section is amended, and

   26  insert:
   27  providing for a specified percentage of the fee to be used for
   28  administrative expenses and marketing;
