       The Committee on Judiciary (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 88 and 89
    4  insert:
    5  (d) For the purposes of this section, a sanctioning authority of
    6  an independent youth athletic team that uses a commercial
    7  consumer reporting agency that conducts a background screening
    8  in compliance with the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
    9  utilizing the identifying information listed in paragraph (a),
   10  and includes information from the sexual predators and sexual
   11  offenders Internet websites listed in paragraph (a), shall be
   12  deemed in compliance with the requirements of this section.

   17         Delete line 23
   18  and insert:
   19  status pending resolution of the appeal; providing that a
   20  background screening in compliance with federal Fair Credit
   21  Reporting Act satisfies screening provisions;
