       The Committee on Judiciary (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (131880) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 88 and 89
    5  insert:
    6         (d) For the purposes of this section, a sanctioning
    7  authority that uses a commercial consumer reporting agency that
    8  conducts a background screening in compliance with the federal
    9  Fair Credit Reporting Act utilizing the information from the
   10  sexual predators and sexual offenders Internet websites listed
   11  in paragraph (a) shall be deemed in compliance with the
   12  requirements of this subsection.

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 23
   18  and insert:
   19  status pending resolution of the appeal; providing that a
   20  background screening in compliance with federal Fair Credit
   21  Reporting Act satisfies screening provisions;
