       The Committee on Judiciary (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 93
    4  and insert:
    5  compliance with subsection (3). The sanctioning authority must
    6  maintain the affidavit in its records and provide a copy of the
    7  affidavit to any person requesting it.
