       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 238 - 243
    4  and insert:
    5         408.0512 Electronic health record technology loan program.—
    6         (1) Subject to a specific appropriation or the availability
    7  of eligible donations from public or private entities and
    8  funding made available through s. 3014 of the Public Health
    9  Services Act, the agency shall operate an electronic health
   10  record technology loan program to:
