| 4 | Remove lines 10-16 and insert: |
| 5 | the amount of $1.99 $1, which shall be collected in the same |
| 6 | manner as the license tax. Of the proceeds of the license tax |
| 7 | surcharge, 58 cents percent shall be deposited into the General |
| 8 | Revenue Fund and 92 cents 42 percent shall be deposited into the |
| 9 | Grants and Donations Trust Fund in the Department of Juvenile |
| 10 | Justice to fund the community juvenile justice partnership |
| 11 | grants program and prevention programs. Of the remaining 49 |
| 12 | cents, 33 percent shall go to the Office of the State Courts |
| 13 | Administrator, 33 percent shall go to community corrections |
| 14 | substance abuse programs in the Department of Corrections, and |
| 15 | 33 percent shall go to the Guardian Ad Litem Program. |
