       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (545162) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 29 - 33
    5  and insert:
    6         (5) A private probation services provider authorized under
    7  s. 948.15 may not refer probationers to any DUI program owned in
    8  whole or in part by that probation services provider or its
    9  affiliates. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
   10  shall establish rules to implement this subsection.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 40 - 44
   15  and insert:
   16         322.292, F.S.; prohibiting a private probation
   17         services provider from referring probationers to any

   20         requiring that the Department of Highway Safety and
   21         Motor Vehicles adopt rules; amending s. 322.293,
