       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Smith and Hill) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 22 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5         (e)Every proposed comprehensive plan amendment transmitted
    6  to the state land planning agency pursuant to ss. 163.3184(3)
    7  and 163.32465(4) shall be accompanied by a $200 fee, except for
    8  plan amendments necessary to implement mandatory provisions of
    9  part II of chapter 163. This paragraph does not limit a local
   10  government’s authority to pass along the fee associated with
   11  plan-amendment review to the entity requesting the plan
   12  amendment. The state land planning agency
