       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Alexander)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 136 - 139
    4  and insert:
    5         (8) By August 31 of each fiscal year, each executive branch
    6  agency, the state court system, and the Legislature shall
    7  establish allotments in the Florida Accounting Information
    8  Resource Subsystem for planned expenditures of state
    9  appropriations.
