       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Haridopolos) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 65 and 66
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Pursuant to s. 11.242, F.S., the Division of
    6  Statutory Revision of the Office of Legislative Services is
    7  directed to prepare a reviser’s bill for consideration by the
    8  2010 Regular Session of the Legislature to conform the Florida
    9  Statutes to the provisions of this act.

   13         Delete line 7
   14  and insert:
   15  state interest; providing conforming provisions to the Florida
   16  Statutes; providing an effective date.
