       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 374
    4  and insert:
    5  the inventory. The manufacturer, distributor, or retailer may
    6  pay the surcharge in four equal installments of 25 percent of
    7  the total amount due. If the manufacturer, distributor, or
    8  retailer opts to pay in installments, it shall pay the first
    9  installment by July 21, 2009, along with the required
   10  documentation; the second installment by August 10, 2009; the
   11  third installment by August 30, 2009; and the fourth installment
   12  by September 9, 2009. Chapter 210, Florida Statutes, relating to
   13

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 38
   17  and insert:
   18         Professional Regulation by a specified date; providing
   19         that the surcharge may be paid in four equal
   20         installments; providing
