       Senator Joyner moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 15 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) PURPOSES OF COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS FUNDS.—
    6         (b) Programs, services, and facilities that may be funded
    7  under this section include, but are not limited to:
    8         1. Programs providing pretrial services.
    9         2. Specialized divisions within the circuit or county court
   10  established for the purpose of hearing specific types of cases,
   11  such as drug cases or domestic violence cases.
   12         3. Work camps.
   13         4. Programs providing intensive probation supervision.
   14         5. Military-style boot camps.
   15         5.6. Work-release facilities.
   16         6.7. Centers to which offenders report during the day.
   17         7.8. Restitution centers.
   18         8.9. Inpatient or outpatient programs for substance abuse
   19  treatment and counseling.
   20         9.10. Vocational and educational programs.
   21         10. Rehabilitative community reentry programs.

   24         And the title is amended as follows:
   25         Delete line 6
   26  and insert:
   27         may be funded using community corrections funds;
   28         deleting military-style boot camps from such list;
