       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Storms)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 139
    4  and insert:
    5  pursuant to paragraph (b). If the petition is not converted into
    6  a petition for temporary custody, it shall be dismissed without
    7  prejudice.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 16
   12  and insert:
   13  converting the petition to one for temporary custody; provides
   14  for dismissal of the petition;
