       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Constantine) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (439954) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 241 - 249
    5  and insert:
    6         or before January 31, 2010.
    7         (8) The Department of Environmental Protection and the
    8  water management districts are directed, and all other agencies
    9  and local governments are requested, to render assistance to and
   10  cooperate with the task force.
   11         (9) The task force shall dissolve on January 31, 2010.
   12         Section 7. Section 373.0725, Florida Statutes, is created
   13  to read:
   14         373.0725 Appointment of Governing Board members.—
