       Senators Richter and Deutch moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1290 - 1294
    4  and insert:
    5         insurer may include in its rate the actual cost of private
    6  market reinsurance that corresponds to available coverage of the
    7  Temporary Increase in Coverage Limits, TICL, from the Florida
    8  Hurricane Catastrophe Fund. The insurer may also include the
    9  cost of reinsurance to replace the TICL reduction implemented
   10  pursuant to s. 215.555(17)(d)9.
