       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1088 - 1097
    4  and insert:
    5  they were installed. Effective January 1, 2010, for personal
    6  lines residential property insured by the corporation that is
    7  located in the wind-borne debris region and has an insured value
    8  on the structure of $500,000 or more, a prospective purchaser of
    9  any such residential property must be provided by the seller a
   10  written disclosure that contains the structure’s windstorm
   11  mitigation rating based on the uniform home grading scale
   12  adopted under s. 215.55865. Such rating shall be provided to the
   13  purchaser at or before the time the purchaser executes a
   14  contract for sale and purchase.
