       (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (221352) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5  or her fingerprints if the fingerprints are on file with the
    6  department or the Agency for Health Care Administration, meet
    7  the fingerprint specifications for submission by the Florida
    8  Department of Law Enforcement, and are available to the
    9  department.
