    3         In title, between lines 43 and 44
    4  insert:
    5  providing additional licensure requirements for home health
    6  agencies, home medical equipment providers, and health care
    7  clinics; requiring the posting of a surety bond in a specified
    8  minimum amount under certain circumstances; providing a penalty;
