       Senator Peaden moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 401 and 402
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Subsection (6) of section 395.003, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         395.003 Licensure; denial, suspension, and revocation.—
    8         (6) A No specialty hospital may not shall provide any
    9  service or regularly serve any population group beyond those
   10  services or groups specified in its license. A specialty
   11  licensed children’s hospital may provide cardiology services to
   12  adults for congenital heart disease without obtaining additional
   13  licensure as a provider of adult cardiology services. The agency
   14  may request documentation as needed to support patient selection
   15  and treatment.

   21         Delete line 12
   22  and insert:
   23         certain circumstances; amending s. 395.003, F.S.;
   24         authorizing a specialty-licensed children’s hospital
   25         to provide cardiology services to adults for
   26         congenital heart disease without obtaining additional
   27         licensure as a provider of adult cardiology services.
   28         amending s. 400.471, F.S.;
