       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Siplin) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (976272) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 137 - 146
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) Of the fine imposed pursuant to paragraph (1)(a) or
    6  paragraph (1)(g), one-fifth shall be remitted by the county or
    7  municipality to the county court for distribution as provided in
    8  s. 318.21, one-twentieth shall be remitted to the Department of
    9  Revenue for deposit into the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund
   10  for the Department of Education, three-twentieths shall be
   11  remitted to the Department of Revenue for deposit into the
   12  Department of Health Administrative Trust Fund, and three-fifths
   13  shall be retained by the county or municipality enforcing the
   14  ordinance enacted pursuant to this section. Funds deposited into
   15  the Department of Health Administrative Trust Fund under this
   16  subsection shall be distributed as provided in s. 395.4036(1).
