       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (King) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (359802) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 1649 and 1650
    5  insert:
    6         Section 21. Subsection (8) is added to section 288.9015,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         288.9015 Enterprise Florida, Inc.; purpose; duties.—
    9         (8) Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall be responsible for
   10  responding to all inquiries related to Florida’s business
   11  requirements, economic incentives, and business development
   12  opportunities.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 1771
   17  and insert:
   18  reporting requirement; amending s. 288.9015, F.S.; specifying
   19  that Enterprise Florida, Inc., is responsible for responding to
   20  inquiries related to the state’s business incentives and
   21  opportunities; providing an effective date.
