       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1215 - 1216
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  product covered by the project, including a minimum of a five
    7  digit NAICS code four-digit SIC codes for all activities
    8  included in the project. As used in this paragraph, “NAICS”
    9  means those classifications contained in the North American
   10  Industry Classification System, as published in 2007 by the
   11  Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the
   12  President.
