    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         (f) An insurer must maintain its percentage of Florida
    6  residential property insurance market share, as calculated by
    7  the Office of Insurance Regulation as of December 31 of the
    8  previous year, in any year in which the insurer issues a policy
    9  under s. 627.062(2)(k).
